Shipping

Every Mersa order is inspected before dispatch, tracked to your door, and delivered within Europe with applicable duties and taxes included at checkout.

Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared within one to three business days. Each piece passes through a quality check before it leaves us. Once your order is on its way, a confirmation with tracking will arrive in your inbox.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during seasonal periods or in remote destinations.

Duties & Taxes

The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay for your order, excluding any optional shipping charges shown at checkout.

Mersa currently ships within Europe. Where customs duties or import taxes apply to eligible European destinations, these costs are covered by Mersa and included in the price shown at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.

Tracking

A tracking link is issued with your shipping confirmation. If your parcel does not move for more than five business days after dispatch, please reach out and we will look into it on your behalf.

Packaging

We consolidate shipments and use recyclable packaging wherever possible. Each piece is folded and prepared with intention.
