Accepted Payment Methods
Mersa accepts the payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and other available local payment methods.
Payment Timing
Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Your order will be reviewed and prepared once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Currency
All prices on mersastudio.com are displayed in euro (€). For orders within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT.
Mersa currently ships within Europe. Where customs duties or import taxes apply to eligible European destinations, these costs are covered by Mersa and included in the price shown at checkout. Any optional shipping charges will be shown separately before you place your order.
Secure Checkout
All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers in a secure, encrypted checkout environment. Mersa does not store your full payment details.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, please check your payment details or contact your bank or payment provider. Your order will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
